We value your time and ask that you value ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible care to all our patients, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the loss of your appointment deposit.
• If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
• To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use one of the following methods:
  • Log in to your Patient Portal and manage your appointment online (preferred method)
  • Contact our dental practice directly during business hours

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have an emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
