2. Patients must be dentally fit to undergo teeth whitening treatment. If you’re not currently dentally fit, you can purchase a Teeth Whitening Voucher valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers not redeemed within this period will be void.
3. New patients are required to undergo a full mouth examination before proceeding with teeth whitening treatment. This examination is not included in the offer price.
4. Existing patients must have had a check-up within the last 3 months to be eligible for this offer. If your last check-up was more than 3 months ago, you’ll need to schedule a new one before proceeding with whitening (check-up not included in the offer price).
5. This offer is subject to limited availability. Monkfield Dental reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
6. The whitening treatment is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals under 18 years of age.
7. Results may vary depending on individual factors such as initial tooth colour and lifestyle habits.
8. Patients with certain dental conditions (e.g., sensitive teeth, gum disease, or extensive restorations) may not be suitable candidates for teeth whitening. This will be determined during your consultation.
9. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
