How It Works

By simply introducing your friends and loved ones to Monkfield Dental, you and your referral will both receive a £30 voucher. It’s our way of saying THANK YOU for staying with us and helping us grow.

Steps to Participate

1. Mention Us: Tell your friends or loved ones about Monkfield Dental.
2. Book an Appointment: Your referral can book an appointment with us either on our website at www.monkfield.dental or by calling us at 01954 774 540.
3. Mention Your Name: When attending their first appointment, your friend or loved one should mention your name to receive their voucher.
4. Receive Your Voucher: After your referral’s first appointment, we will apply a credit of £30 to your account.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure transparency and fairness, please review the following terms and conditions of our referral program:

1. Eligibility: The referral program (“Program”) is open to all current patients (“Referrer”) of Monkfield Dental (“Practice”) who refer new patients (“Referee”) to the Practice. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age and have received treatment at the Practice.
2. Referral Process: To participate in the Program, Referrers must recommend the Practice to their friends or family and encourage them to schedule a new patient check-up appointment. Referees must mention the name of the Referrer during the booking process.
3. Reward: Upon successful completion of the new patient check-up appointment by the Referee, both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a £30 voucher (“Voucher”). The Voucher can be used towards treatments provided by Monkfield Dental and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.
4. Voucher Redemption: The Voucher can only be redeemed within Monkfield Dental for dental treatments, including but not limited to consultations, treatments, and procedures. The Voucher cannot be used for retail purchases or products.
5. Validity: The Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. Expired Vouchers will not be honoured, and no extensions or replacements will be provided.
6. Limitations: The Program is subject to Practice availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
7. Non-Transferable: The Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient named on the Voucher.
8. Exclusion from Other Offers: The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
9. Abuse: The Practice reserves the right to disqualify any individual from participating in the Program if it suspects fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program terms.
10. Modification: The Practice reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Practice’s website or other communication channels.

By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referees agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
