What an amazing dental surgery. Bring a nervous patient I was so worried about having a tooth extraction but ricardo and his wonderful assistant put me at ease. Now I’m planning to go back for my other treatments. He explained everything thoroughly.and made me feel at ease.The lovely receptionist was chatty and welcoming too a great dentalPractice !! Xx

The whole team at monkfield dental are very welcoming and friendly. Being a nervous patient I felt well looked after. Ricardo takes time to explain and answer any questions and also making sure you are comfortable during treatment. The practice is very modern, clean and professional service from start to finish.

I felt very welcomed at Monkfield Dental. The reception team was very friendly and Dr Ricardo was very knowledgeable and professional. I went for a check up and thankfully did not need treatment but will be returning for my regular check ups for sure!

I recently visited Monkfield Dental Clinic and was extremely impressed with the service I received, from start to finish .The clinic was clean , very nice interior and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional and they coped with my humour 😅.The dentist was thorough and explained everything clearly, and even explained the anatomy and physiology of all the issues which arrived with some of my teeth in a very simple understandable manner with no jargon . This made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly, recommend Monkfield Dental Clinic to anyone in need of dental care.My teeth really look clean from the new air treatment polish and and stain free, finally I can say I have found my new permanent dentist place, which tailors to a clients need and takes time to explain.Cathrine

The whole of Ricardo’s team at Monkfield Dental are wonderful. I had not been to the dentist in two decades and it required someone special to gain my trust. The team quickly made me feel at ease and helped to alleviate the unwanted stress of visiting the dentist. They have really impressive new facilities that can provide for all of your dentistry needs. The preliminary investigations felt far more meticulous and comprehensive than anything I have ever received from previous NHS dentists. The problems with my teeth were clearly outlined to me and a clear treatment plan was shared with me before moving forwards. I felt well informed every step of the way and Ricardo made every effort to explain what was happening during each procedure and to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. I will keep returning to Monkfield for treatment in the future and can happily recommend them to anyone that is searching for a new clinic.

I cannot say enough positive things about Monkfield Dental! When my son experienced a dental emergency and we couldn't get a response from his regular dentist, we turned to Monkfield Dental for help. From the very first call, we were met with exceptional service. Doctors Ricardo and Pietro exhibited remarkable care and professionalism throughout the entire process of treating my son's tooth.My son is quite anxious when it comes to dental visits, but they went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and at ease. Despite the complexity of the situation, they skillfully completed a root canal treatment without causing any additional stress or discomfort.What truly impressed me was the thoroughness of each visit. We never felt rushed or overlooked; instead, every aspect of my son's dental care was carefully attended to.

I visited Monkfield dental for the first time last week and ended up having to book in two further visits. They were very accommodating and I was able to get everything sorted within the same week. Fantastic service. I visited the practice for an emergency appointment and both the Dentist Ricardo and the Clinic staff were extremely helpful , assuring and professional. They were all very nice and quickly attended to my issue. Clinic looks beautiful and hygienic. Highly recommended.

I have had two appointments here recently, after almost 10 years of not visiting a dentist! This is a brand new practice, with modern decor and immaculately clean. The receptionist is very welcoming and eases your mind, if like me, you're a bit nervous. The dentist himself is a young, friendly practitioner who makes the extra effort to introduce himself personally with a big warm smile. He goes through the procedure with you - and explains the results of your X-rays & photographs. There is good communication between dentist and patient throughout the examination - so that too helps to calm and nerves. I had a new filling on my second visit and a complete clean (which was sorely needed!). All in all, for me at least, this was a smooth and pleasant experience - despite my low threshold to pain! Happy to go back there in 6 months time for another check-up.
